This Privacy Policy sets out the terms under which Jucade Solutions S.L. (hereinafter "the Company") uses and protects information provided by users when using its website www.jucade.com. The Company is committed to ensuring the protection of users' personal data and the privacy of information shared with us.

  • Information relating to your use of the website (browsing data, via analytics cookies with your consent)
  • Data necessary for the execution of requested services

Data from contact forms is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention.

6. Data Processors and Recipients

The Company will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We use the following trusted processors acting on our behalf:

  • Google LLC / Firebase Firestore — Cloud database where contact form messages are stored. Data is hosted in the europe-west3 (eur3) region within the European Economic Area; no international transfer applies to this processing.
  • Google LLC / Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics — Web analytics service collecting anonymised or pseudonymised usage data. Google may process this data on servers outside the EEA. Only activated if the user accepts analytics cookies. See Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

All processors are bound to protect your data in accordance with the GDPR and have signed the relevant data processing agreements.

7. International Data Transfers

Personal data collected via the contact form is stored on Firebase servers located in Europe (region europe-west3 / eur3) and is therefore not subject to international transfer.

The web analytics service (Google Analytics) may process pseudonymised browsing data on Google LLC servers in the United States. Such processing is carried out under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and only where the user has given prior consent.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what personal data we process.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion when data is no longer necessary.
  • Restriction of processing: request restriction in certain circumstances.
  • Data portability: receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller.
  • Objection: object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence within the EU.

The Company has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access control, and use of providers certified under recognised security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated prominently on the website.
